Mr. Lilly has a varied background working and creating in the public sector and in private industry, including entrepreneurial endeavors and leading a nonprofit/NGO.  As a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley Mr. Lilly’s study emphasis in agriculture and resource economics along with cross-cultural studies (anthropology) propelled him into a 15-year career in economic development, facilitating socially responsible access to tens of millions of dollars of federal funds for businesses, local governments and nonprofits.
